Prefunding Your Wallet

Getting started with securing your desired domain names on Catches.io is straightforward, especially when it comes to funding your account. To ensure you're ready to catch domains as they become available, you can prefund your wallet using either a credit card or PayPal, two of the most widely used and secure payment methods available. This process is designed to be quick and user-friendly, allowing you to add funds to your wallet with just a few clicks. Whether you prefer the direct route of a credit card or the convenience of PayPal, we've made sure that you can start your domain catching journey with the utmost ease and security.

Click on the Green Button highlighted by a Blue Arrow in My Wallet and follow the prompts.

We do not currently store any payment information besides the transaction ID. This means you will need to enter payment information every time you fund your wallet.

Manual Backorders

If you have your sights set on a domain name that's not currently listed in our system, don't worry, submitting a manual backorder is a straightforward process, provided the domain is dropping within the next 5 days. To get started, simply navigate to the "My Catches" tab on our platform.

Here, you'll find the blue "Manual Backorder" button, easily identifiable by a blue arrow. Clicking this button will initiate the process, allowing you to manually enter the domain name you're interested in securing. This feature ensures that even if a domain isn't automatically listed in our inventory, you still have a shot at catching it before it slips through the net. Our system is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, making your manual backorder submission as seamless as possible.

Boosting a Domain Name

Enhancing your chances of securing a desired domain name from our main daily list or your personalized "My Catches" list is effortlessly achievable with our Boost feature. To activate this advantage, simply look for the blue "Boost" button associated with each domain name you're interested in. This button, designed to be conspicuous and accessible, can be found next to the domain listings on both the main daily list and within your "My Catches" list.

By clicking on this blue boost button, you're electing to elevate your backorder request, significantly increasing the likelihood of successfully catching the domain as it becomes available. This feature is especially useful for highly sought-after domains, giving you a competitive edge in the acquisition process. Whether you're browsing our daily listings or managing your own catches, boosting a domain is just a click away, ensuring you're positioned as favorably as possible to secure your next valuable online asset.

Cancelling a Backorder

If you find yourself needing to cancel a backorder for any reason, the process is designed to be as straightforward and user-friendly as possible, ensuring you have full control over your domain acquisition strategy. Up until the day the domain name is scheduled to drop, you have the flexibility to cancel your backorder. To do this, simply navigate to the line of the domain name you've previously selected for backorder within our platform. Here, you'll find a red "Cancel" button.

A single click on this button will immediately cancel your backorder request for that specific domain name. This feature is part of our commitment to providing a flexible and responsive service, allowing you to make adjustments to your domain catching endeavors as your needs or strategies evolve. Remember, the option to cancel is available right up until the day before the domain is set to drop, giving you ample time to make informed decisions about your potential domain acquisitions.

Updating User Account

Updating your user account information on Catches.io is a breeze, ensuring that your details always remain current and accurate. To make any changes, simply navigate to the "My Account Info" section of our platform. Here, you'll find the option to update your personal information, such as your name, email address, and contact details.

Once you've made the necessary adjustments, just click the "Save" button to apply these changes. This straightforward process is designed to be user-friendly, allowing you to effortlessly keep your account information up-to-date with just a few clicks, ensuring a smoother and more personalized experience with our services.

Requesting a Refund

If at any point you find yourself needing a refund of your wallet balance, the process is straightforward and customer-friendly at Catches.io. We understand that plans change, and flexibility is key to a good service experience. To initiate a refund, all you need to do is send an email to support@catches.io, clearly stating your refund request.

Please include any relevant details that might help us process your request more efficiently. Our dedicated support team will take it from there, ensuring your refund is processed promptly.
